Welcome to the 2025 NCVSCPA MAP Committee Survey!
The 12th Annual NCVSCPA MAP Committee Survey was created to gather valuable insights into accounting firms' business operations. It will remain open until Monday, December 8, 2025. Your input is vital, and we appreciate your willingness to participate. All responses will be kept strictly confidential.

While most questions in the survey are optional, we encourage you to provide as much information as possible to contribute to a meaningful peer report.

Please note that only firms that complete the survey will receive a summary of the results. Each firm should complete the survey just once.
