  • Sober Living Housing Program Overview

  • Daughter's House and Sister House are sober living programs under Rage Against Addiction. Residency requires adherence to all rules and policies outlined in this agreement.

    Weekly Rent: $195 (for both Daughter’s House and Sister House)
    Initial Admission Fee: $490 (includes $100 administrative fee and 2 weeks’ rent; non-refundable)
    Utilities & One Weekly Drug Screen Included

    Any additional Drug Screens are $5 each

    Maximum Stay: 12–18 months

  • Resident Acknowledgements

  • I understand the $100 admin fee and two weeks’ rent are due upon entry.
    Weekly rent is due every Sunday. No late payments; no refunds.


    I agree to complete abstinence from drugs/alcohol. Violations will result in immediate eviction. 

    I understand discipline may include warnings, fines, contracts, or eviction. 

    I affirm that I’ve answered honestly and have a sincere desire to live clean and sober.

    I understand and agree to participate in the 3, 6, 9, 12 Recovery Companion component of the program, including journaling, step reflections, and group discussions. I acknowledge that this is a critical part of my recovery and growth.

  • Tenant Release Agreement

  • I understand that residency is exchanged for contracted rent and that Daughter's House/Sisters House offers housing only (no counseling services).  I agree to all terms and understand that Rage Against Addiction is not liable for injury/loss unless due to negligence.  I will report all incidents in writing with full details within 24 hours of incident.

  • Drug Screen/Test Consent

  • I consent to random drug/alcohol testing. I understand testing may be administered by peers and is not medical. A positive result, refusal, or tampering will result in immediate eviction.

  • Child Visit/Overnight Waiver

  • I understand that if I am approved for visitation or overnight stays with my child(ren), I am fully responsible for their safety, supervision, and well-being during the visit. I acknowledge that Daughter’s House, Rage Against Addiction, and its staff or affiliates are not liable for any injuries, incidents, or damages that may occur during the visit or overnight stay involving my child(ren). I agree to abide by all program rules during these visits and will notify staff immediately of any concerns, emergencies, or changes. I understand that any violations of program rules or failure to provide proper supervision may result in termination of visitation privileges or additional consequences as outlined in the resident agreement.

  • Photo/Media Waiver

  • I grant permission to Daughter’s House (Rage Against Addiction) to use photographs, video, or audio of me for documentation, promotion, and reporting purposes.

  • General Rules and Guidelines

  • No alcohol/drugs – immediate eviction.
    90 meetings in 90 days. Meeting sheets must be signed.
    Submit to random drug/alcohol tests. Refusal = positive result.
    Obtain 12-Step sponsor within 2–3 weeks. Provide contact info.
    Join a home group within 3 weeks. 7 meetings/week first 90 days, then 5/week.
    Attend Sunday House Meeting (time posted weekly).
    Maintain full-time employment (30–50 hours/week).
    No dating residents. No unapproved guests or overnight visitors.
    Quiet hours: 10:30 PM – 5:00 AM. TV until 12 AM weekends.
    Bedrooms off-limits 11 AM–2 PM weekdays without approval.
    Smoking/vaping only on back porch.
    Personal items left behind are held 72 hours only.
    Complete weekly chores. Noncompliance may result in fines, contract, or eviction.
    Keep spaces clean. No food in bedrooms.
    No sleeping in common areas. No candles. Lock doors.
    Dress appropriately in shared spaces.
    Label and date food. Clean up after meals.
    Laundry etiquette: clean lint traps, remove clothes promptly.
    Do not enter others’ rooms without permission.
    Thermostat use restricted to House Manager.
    Respect neighbor properties; do not trespass.
    Damage must be paid for by the responsible resident.
    All prescriptions must be managed by House Manager.
    Practice accountability, responsibility, and honesty.
    Rule violations may result in fines ($5–full reentry fee) or eviction.
    External security cameras in use.
    HIPAA privacy practices must be followed.

    House Rule – Honesty, Respect, and Accountability
    Lying, cheating, and stealing are strictly prohibited. Any disrespect, lack of contact/communication, or misuse of medication will result in immediate eviction. If caught lying, cheating, or stealing, you will be fined and/or evicted.

    Rent due by 5:00 PM Sunday before the meeting.
    If you receive funding, notify Program Director. Rent paid in advance is non-refundable.

    Curfew: Sun–Thurs 10:30 PM; Fri–Sat 11:30 PM
    Curfew exceptions require 24-hour advance approval
    Visitors:

    No unapproved guests
    Guests must be approved by the House Manager or the Program Director
    Outdoor cameras are recording at all times
    Overnight Privileges:

    Must be in good standing
    Max: 2 overnights/month OR 1 weekend pass
    Request 48+ hours in advance

  • Blackout Policy

  • I understand the Blackout Policy applies to my first 30 days or periods of unemployment. During this time, my outings are limited to meetings, work, or job searches with approved transportation only. Curfew and communication privileges may also be restricted. Exceptions may apply for employed residents.

    Blackout Schedule:

    Monday–Friday: Up by 9:00 AM; out of your room from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
    Regular house rules apply
    No car during the blackout period until you obtain a job
    Curfew during Blackout is after work or meetings, with no exceptions.

  • Amendments and Policy Updates

  • I understand Rage Against Addiction may update policies at any time, which will be communicated through meetings or posted notices.  I am responsible for staying informed.
