Tattoo Appointment Request

Hello there and thank you so much for being interested in getting some work from me! Lets start with, I will ALWAYS prefer an "In Person" appointment setup. Meaning I like a face to face talk with you, at the shop. I want to get to know you! I understand many of my clients are from out of town/state, and that an in person contact can be annoying or impossible! This form is considered to be the same as a consultation. If I need to see or ask more I will get In contact you, and figure out a good time for you. Please be patient with me as I read through all your awesome requests! All tattoos (except possibly touch ups, depending on how old) require a $50.00 deposit for tattoos under 3 hours, and a $100 deposit for anything estimated over 4 hours. All of our artists charge $125 per hour, with a one hour minimum. Also I am finding myself needing to start charging before drawing time for larger projects such as sleeves and chest pieces, etc. $30 which can either be added to your appointment deposit or simply paid before an appointment is made. I will send a digital invoice. I am looking to take on some new projects that allow for artistic freedom.
