Before you fill in this form, please please refer to the Refund and Transfer Policy under Student Services or the Student Handbook available on the Wesley Institute of Training website.

I wish to cancel my enrolment and request a partial refund of course fees. I understand that a non-refundable administration fee applies to all enrolments ($200 per enrolment). I understand that a full refund of the course fee will be given if Wesley receives this refund request at least fourteen (14) days before the course starts/the online course materials are released. A 50% refund of the course fee will be given if Wesley receives this refund request less than fourteen (14) days before the start of the course/online course materials are released. I understand that no refund will be granted for requests made after a course has started/online course materials have been released.

I confirm that upon receipt of the requested refund, no further claim will be requested.
