I consent to allow Wesley Institute of Training to provide the Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business and its subsidiaries with my personal information in order to determine my eligibility for State Government Funding via C3G and C3G Boost initiatives.

Any information about my education, studies and results from previous or current study will be released for the purpose of determining eligibility for government funding.

To be eligible, jobseekers must: Live in Queensland Participate in training aligned to local employment opportunities and must not be eligible for subsidised training under the Certificate 3 Guarantee. Participants must also meet one of the following criteria:

Be at risk of losing their job and require reskilling to move to alternative employment opportunities or
Be working, but looking to increase hours of work or shift from part-time to full-time employment.

Identify to belonging to one or more of the following groups:Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
People with disability Youth (aged 15 to 24) Long term unemployed people (minimum of 52 weeks or longer)
