What to Expect
We will begin with a ceremonial limpia (smudging with sage and sacred herbs). Common etiquette for women's circles is to allow each person to speak without interruption as directed by the facilitator. Anything shared within the group is confidential. Cell phones should be off or on DND. We will do some breathwork, drink cacao, do personal reflections, and talk about crystal healing.
About the Cacao Drink
Cacao has many health benefits and is healing for the heart. It helps enhance heart connection and awareness. It is slightly caffeinated and has a light stimulating effect. This can have mild side effects in some people, and is not suggested for everyone. Please read the article below if you are unsure. There will be light snacks and a non-caffeinated herbal tea option available. Cacao is a wonderful superfood; however, nothing in this form or ceremony is intended to diagnose or treat disease.
Who Should not drink Ceremonial Cacao
