    Thank you for considering Whole Pet Kitchen to provide your pet's custom meals. Please take time to fill in all the necessary information, as it is key to making a fitting diet for your pet. There are some diseases that cannot be healed through nutritional management, but it can surely help keep your pet manage their symptoms and issues if any. To start the service, read the terms and conditions below, settle the mobilization fee and will we send out our email of follow up questions.

  • Here are our TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    1. Our formulas are derived from standard requirements for prescription diets to manage certain diseases and are tailor fitted to your pet's requirement. These are levels and supplemental balances used by veterinary nutritionists as a standard for clinical diets. We do not give the formulations/recipes, we make the food complete for your pet.
    2. We make our custom formulas by batch of 7-10kg minimum with a cost range of 3000 and above per batch depending on your pet's specific requirements. We do not make small batches below this.
    3. We do require the go signal from your vet for any of our custom formulas as they know what your pet needs to succeed in management or healing.
    4. The food requires freezer space. We do not make kibbles or canned food.
    5. Each added variant or changes to an ongoing custom diet will cost 1500 to edit or to have a new variant.
    6. The mobilization and formulation fee of 1500 is NON REFUNDABLE. It will not be returned to you if you decide not to push through with the service.

    7. We do not give our recipes out, the service is basically making a formulation and executing the food for your pet so all you need to worry about is feeding them and medicating them. The chart you will receive is the proximate nutritional information each formulation contains.

    8. THERE MAY BE A 4-6 WEEK WAITING TIME

    We are currently formulating and preparing custom diets for several clients, so there may be a waiting period depending on your position in the queue once payment has been confirmed.

    We truly appreciate your patience, as each case requires careful review and individualized formulation to ensure it’s done properly and responsibly. If the expected waiting time does not work for you, we completely understand — this type of service may not be the best fit at the moment.

  • Please work with your vet!
    Note: Please make sure that your vet knows you are planning to have a custom meal made for your pet as this will help a lot in your pet's progress and checkups to ensure that your vet knows what kind of food you are feeding. The chart of the draft formulation will be your vet's guide to the diet, so don't forget to let them know and show them what we have in order for them to double check on the values based on your dogs health history.
