Terms and Conditions for Whose Mic Is It Showcase

1. Admission & Performance Fees: Admission to the event costs $10. Performers will pay $10 to perform one song, with an option to perform a second song for an additional $10. Performers can also pay $5 to receive a promotional flyer.

2. No Registration Required: Performers are not required to register before the event. Performance spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the event schedule and time constraints.

3. Non-Paid Performance: This is a non-paid gig. Performers will not receive monetary compensation for their participation or performance at the event.

4. Filming and Promotional Use: We believe in the talent of our performers, which is why we film every performance. This footage may be used for promotional purposes, allowing you to showcase your talent to a broader audience. By participating, you grant us the right to use any captured footage in future promotional materials, social media, and other platforms, further enhancing your exposure.

5. Conduct: Performers and attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.

6. Liability: The organizers are not responsible for personal injuries or equipment damage sustained during the event. Participants perform at their own risk.
