Jack Keryluk was born and raised in Madison, WI. While he played youth hockey in the Madison area, he trained annually in Vancouver, British Columbia for 14 years under the world renowned coach Ron Johnson. In 2018, Jack embarked on his professional hockey career joining the New Jersey Hitmen of the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL). Jack quickly became a vital asset for the team, leaving a lasting impression on both his teammates and opponents. After the USPHL, Jack continued to elevate his game in the 2019 season by joining the Jamestown Rebels in the North American Hockey League (NAHL). Jack's exceptional work ethic and unwavering focus allowed him to contribute significantly to the team's success.
Jack’s growth as a player in North America earned him opportunities to continue his pro career playing internationally. Jack ventured across the Atlantic to Gothenburg, Sweden where he joined Bäcken HC in Division 2 of the Swedish Pro League. Immersed in a new hockey culture and playing against formidable opponents, Jack displayed resilience and adaptability on the ice. His finely tuned skills and ability to excel under pressure garnered the attention of fans and scouts alike.
Throughout his career, Jack has proven himself as a force to be reckoned with, demonstrating incredible skill, versatility, and a relentless work ethic. His passion for the game was nurtured under the tutelage of Ron Johnson where he trained alongside the likes of NHL stars such as Joe Pavelski and Ryan Kesler. With an impressive track record of training NHL and European Pro Players, Ron Johnson helped Jack become a well-rounded two-way player capable of taking on any challenge.
