    A $150 security deposit is required for all private venue hire bookings. This deposit is used to cover any damage, excessive cleaning, or breach of hire conditions. The deposit is not required for affiliated club or association events. THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE PENDING A POST-EVENT INSPECTION.

    Our venue is licensed to trade until 1:00am on Saturdays and 12:00am Sunday to Friday. If you would like your event to run until 2:00am, an Extended Late Licence is required. This extension is available for $130 and must be requested at least 4 weeks in advance, as council and Liquor Licensing SA approval is required.

    Venue hire for affiliated clubs and associations is provided at no hire fee for eligible events. In place of a hire fee, affiliated groups are expected to clean and return the venue to an acceptable standard after their function. This applies to special events and private functions hosted by affiliated clubs. It does not apply to: Regular competition or finals nights (e.g. darts or 8-ball), or Standard after-match drinks for Ravens Netball Club These standard club activities are covered under existing arrangements.

    Please tell us when you plan to return to clean and reset the venue after your event (date and time). Self-cleaning includes returning all tables and chairs to their normal layout, cleaning floors and tabletops, and cleaning the kitchen if used. Cleaning must be completed by the evening of the following day, unless an alternative arrangement has been requested and approved in advance.
