The application process will take between 25 and 30 minutes to complete.

A seperate Rescue Inquiry Application will need to be filled out for each additional animal whether part of the same rescue or not.

Important Information to Know

Submitting the completed Rescue Inquiry Application does not guarantee rescue or relocation of the animal to Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary. The number of wild canids Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary can rescue each year is limited with restrictions based on available space, compatible companions (when applicable), species-specific permit requirements and regulations, and available resources.  

At this time, Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary cannot and does not rescue domestic dog or any species not in the Canidae Family. Rescue Inquiry Applications submitted for animals of species not currently cared for or authorized for care by Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary will be declined.

By providing my electronic signature below, I certify that all of my answers are true and complete to the best of my knowledge, and I understand and accept that rescue and/or relocation of the animal described in the application is not guaranteed. Whenever possible, resources will be made available to aid in the identification and/or placement of the animal.

By providing my electronic signature below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the information and regulations detailed throughout this application. Furthermore, I understand and agree that by submitting this application the animal detailed in the application is not guaranteed relocation or rescue by Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary. If the animal is not accepted, I agree to not speak ill, slander, harass, misrepresent, or demean Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary, its employees and volunteers, board members, or any and all representives of Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary.

Permissions to Share Information

If you would like to make all information provided on this form available to other rescue agencies, please indicate so by providing your electronic signature below.

Your contact information and all of the information detailed in this Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary Rescue Inquiry Application will only be shared with other registered rescue and sanctuary organizations to aid in the relocation and rehome of the animal upon this indication.

By providing my electronic signature, I acknowledge that I have read and I understand in full the information detailed above and I agree to the full release of the information I provided in this application for the benefit of the animal in need of rescue. Furthermore, I understand that once I receive a response from Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary that the animal I am inquiring for cannot be accepted by Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary that Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary possesses no responsibility for the relocation or rescue of the animal detailed in this application, and all future correspondence regarding the relocation and rescue of the animal will be between myself and a member of the Rescue Network to which my information will be shared.
