By signing below you indicate you have read and agree to abide by the following rules/regulations that have been set forth by the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce and the City of Willow Springs for participation in the 4th of July parade.
All drivers of motorized vehicles in the Willow Springs 4th of July parade shall be of legal age to drive & have a current license to drive. No underage/unlicensed drivers will be allowed to drive the parade route. All drivers will drive in single file down the middle of the street.
Candy should not be thrown from vehicles/floats but instead tossed by people walking with the parade entries.
All drivers will use due caution and be aware of potential hazards on the parade route. Be aware that children and pedestrians line the sidewalks and may at times be in the roadway.
I ________________________________________________ acknowledge that I have read the above regulations for participating in the Willow Springs parade and agree to the above rules. Furthermore I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce (the "Chamber") and its successors and assigns and affiliates, agents, employees, members, managers, directors and officers from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, causes of action, penalties, damages, expenses and judgments of any kind or nature whatsoever, including reasonable attorney's fees, for injuries or accidents to persons or property, in connection with entrant's participation occurring on or about July 4th, 2026 or in any location associated with Willow Springs 4th of July parade.
