  • The purpose of Main Street Market is to allow home based businesses to showcase their goods and encourage shopping downtown. Retail booths with jewelry, candles, arts and crafts, clothes, homemade goodies, etc. are all welcome. All proceeds will go directly to the Winnsboro Main Street organization for projects to enhance the historic downtown district. 

  • Event Information

    • Vendor registration form & $30 registration fee must be received by Winnsboro Main Street (WMS) to reserve your space no later than Monday, September 15, 2025 at 10:00 PM. Registration will not be accepted after this date. Registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by WMS.
    • One vendor per registration fee per set up location.
    • Vendors will be assigned a space on the sidewalks of Downtown Winnsboro near open businesses. Vendors will be emailed their set up location once registration closes, approximately September 18th. Please read the email carefully & abide by the set up location you are assigned as other vendors will be assigned a space near you.
    • Vendors must provide their own set up, including table, chair, display items, etc. Electricity will not be available.
    • Vendors may begin setting up at 8:00 AM on Saturday, September 20th. Vendors must stay for the entirety of the event. Vendors must remove all items & leave the area clean upon departing the event. All vendor spaces must be cleared by 3:30 PM Saturday, September 20, 2025.

  • Registration Rates

    $30.00 per vendor through Monday, September 15, 2025.

    *Vendor registration fee may be paid by check made payable to Winnsboro Main Street, or Paypal (@winnsboromainstreet). In the event of cancellation by Winnsboro Main Street, registration fees will be refunded or you may choose to transfer it as a donation to our organization.   • Please read regarding the required Peddler's License with the Town of Winnsboro.

    Anyone who wishes to peddle or sale items in the Main Street Market and does not have a set domicile location within the city limits must apply. LOCAL parish residents ONLY are EXEMPT from the fees, but they still have to go through the application process to obtain the actual license and it has to be displayed and visible to the public.

    The cost of the license for non-residents of Franklin Parish is $75.00. You may apply inside Winnsboro City Hall located at 3814 Front Street in Winnsboro, LA. For more information, call 318-435-9087.
