How much will this cost?
Diagnostics are free (exceptions are custom build PCs and liquid damage). Many prices are available on our services page. Exact quotes will be provided after a diagnosis.
Why do I need an appointment?
Due to overwhelming demand and safety concerns, we have moved to appointment only in order to maintain quality of service and to assist everyone quickly, safely, and effectively.
Where is my appointment?
You will be able to select your preference (our store, pickup/delivery, or remote session) on the next page.
Can I just drop it off?
You're welcome to drop off your device anytime during our normal hours. However, it will not be looked at until the next available or your scheduled appointment time.
How long will it take?
iPhone display/battery replacements take about 30-60 minutes. Laptop/Desktop repairs take about 1-5 business days (depending on if parts need to be ordered).
Sometimes laptop/desktop repairs can be completed same day if needed.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
No problem! You can simply edit the submission in your confirmation email or send us a text to make any changes. Please provide as much notice as possible.
Can you help me remotely?
Yes, some issues can be solved remotely. Please select "remote session" on the next page. If you select "At Wise Guy" and we believe we can solve your issue remotely, we will reach out via your contact preference.

I know what I need replaced, can you order the part for me before my appointment?
If this is for a screen or battery replacement the answer is likely yes! Please email us at hello@wiseguy.tech for confirmation.
In order to ensure accuracy of other repairs, we generally require all devices to be evaluated by our technicians before ordering any parts.
