  • WISEFest 2026 Trunk Host Safety Agreement

    By signing up as a Trunk Host, I agree to the following:

    1. I will arrive at my assigned time, park in my assigned space, and keep my engine off from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. My vehicle will not move until event staff give the all clear.
    2. I will hand out store bought, individually wrapped candy only. No homemade treats.
    3. I will keep my trunk family friendly. No open flames, real candles, realistic weapons, or frightening props aimed at young children.
    4. I will keep decorations secure and any cords, cables, or stakes out of walking paths.
    5. An adult will stay with my trunk at all times.
    6. I will follow directions from W.I.S.E. staff and the security team and report any injury or concern to them right away.
    7. I participate at my own risk and release W.I.S.E. Partnership, its staff, and volunteers from liability for injury, loss, or damage to my person, vehicle, or property.
    8. Photo Permission: I give W.I.S.E. Partnership permission to use photos and video of me and my trunk taken at WISEFest for promotional and educational purposes.
