  • Please use this form to request access to Omeka to create an online exhibit or similar digital project using the University’s Omeka installation at digitalprojects.scranton.edu. 

    Proposers will be notified of their application’s status within approximately two weeks of submission. Questions about this form can be directed to Digital Services Librarian Colleen Farry at colleen.farry@scranton.edu.

  • Criteria used to evaluate proposals include, but are not limited to: 

    • Appropriateness of the project for the platform.
    • Use of the Library’s University Archives or McHugh Family Special Collections; Or, use of materials from an external collection or institution with their written approval.
    • Adequate time to complete the project in relation to scope, format, content, and volume of materials.
    • Appropriateness of topic and materials for an online exhibit.
    • Availability of the Library’s faculty and staff to support the project (dependent upon existing projects already underway).
