About Shamanic Breath

I have developed this practice mixing ancestral and science backed knowledge.

Combining the benefits of cyclic breathwork which resets your nervous system, recalibrates your brain waves and allows you to connect safely to your emotions, thoughts, story and altered states of consciousness; with Amazigh practices. The Amazigh (meaning Free People) are the first nation of North Africa which I originate from.

Combined with energy work and channeling work, this is a special journey in your depth. A journey that will awaken the part of your brain responsible for your connection to universal energy and wisdom.

This type of breathwork is special in that it allows you to bypass your mind to connect to your heart and the depth of you. It also is a great support to reset your body's self-healing ability. You will find the effect to be lasting about a week for the buzzing high energy sensation, and longer for pain relief, balanced emotions, and other amazing effects this modality brings. Also known to resolve PTSD after 8 sessions.

Of course the more you allow yourself to be fully in it, the more you receive.

Please note this is strictly not (and not limited to) for people with heart conditions, suffering strokes, epilepsy and other neurological conditions. It is your responsibility to be honest with me so I can keep you safe. If you do suffer any condition please get in touch and we will find a suitable exercise for you.
