Classes are practical rather than theory so to save time i have provided all the info you will need, especially for people with no prior knowledge. TYPE AGREE

Feel free to print them out. Remember to bring a yoga mat, blanket and or cushion as it can get cold in the cooler months and you want to be comfortable. Chairs are available for those who are unable to lay down
