Electronic Equipment:

Please be advised that we do not allow participants to use any type of electronic equipment at camp. This includes MP3 players, cell phones, CD players, tablets, computers, and other devices. Campers may keep cell phones off and in their backpacks as long as they are not being used during camp, though we are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss. You will be able to reach your child/ward via the camp staff phone as necessary.

Liability Release

I have requested Wonderfeet Kids' Museum to allow my child to participate in Summer Camp. As a condition of receiving this benefit, I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to the following:

I understand that my child's participation in this activity can expose them to dangers both from known and unanticipated risks. Acknowledging that such risks exist, I hereby release and discharge Wonderfeet Kids' Museum, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims or liability for personal injury or property damage my child may suffer while participating in the activity; including, but not limited to, any claim arising out of any condition of the premises at which the activity is held or the conduct of any person in connection with the preparation for, supervision of, or conduct of any activity, whether planned or unplanned. I specifically agree to release and hereby release Wonderfeet Kids' Museum and the officers, agents, and employees of the camp for any negligence of the camp, or its officers, agents or employees.
