Important Things To Note:

New client haircuts will only be booked in more last minute opening spots unless they are booked with a color service.

Rachel is not accepting new root color only clients. All colors must come with a pull through color or clear gloss.

If you are in need of appointments in the evenings after 5pm and require maintenance every 8 weeks or less, Rachel may not be a good fit for you. Her evenings are her busiest times and are typically booked out from existing guests.

Rachels schedule can be booked out for 3 months or so at a time. Due to this, if you are accepted as a new client, Rachel cannot guarantee when an appointment will become available if you are on the waitlist. She tries her best to get back to all inquires as soon as possible.

Rachels hours can vary. Typically, she works Tuesday-Friday. She does not work weekends with the exception of bridal parties.

What is your availability during Rachel's work days?* This field is required.Rachel typically works Tuesday-Thursday 11-9 and Friday 9-5. She offers after hour appointments on Friday nights for an additonal $20/hour. Please mention if you are flexible on time as flexibility is preferred.

Wonderland Studio by Rachel Turley Salon Policies* This field is required.Cancellation Policy: I understand that when I book an appointment with Rachel, that time is reserved specifically for me. I understand that I need to let Rachel know by text at least 48 hours before my scheduled appointment if I will not be able to make it so that she can fill that spot with another guest waiting to see her. In the event that I cancel my appointment in 24 hours or less before it’s start time, 50% of my scheduled service will be required as a cancellation fee before being able to make my next appointment. This is for the missed appointment, it does not go towards my next appointment. If I already have a next scheduled appointment, I understand that I will need to pay the 50% fee within 48 hours of the missed appointment or my next appointment will be automatically canceled. No Shows: I understand that if I do not text/call and no show the day of my appointment, 100% of my service cost will be required before being able to reserve my next appointment. This is for the missed appointment, it does not go towards my next appointment. If I already have a next scheduled appointment and no call/text/no show, I will need to pay the 100% fee within 48 hours or my next appointment will be automatically canceled. Late Arrivals: I understand that my session will be adapted if I am running late without adjustment to pricing. This may result in forgoing certain aspects of the session to remain on schedule. If I arrive more than 15 minutes late, in some cases we may need to reschedule which will lead to a 100% cancelation fee prior to making my next appointment. Saved Payment Method: I understand and agree to my payment methods being securely stored on file using Rachel Turley’s POS system. Rachel's POS system, Gloss Genius, uses Stripe. Stripe is the world’s leading secure and PCI compliant online payment processor. Stripe’s use of my personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which is available at https://stripe.com/us/privacy. Pricing: All published prices are starting points for services. Prices may vary due to certain factors, such as: the hair's length, density, and condition; the complexity of the service; and/or the amount of product being used. Redo Policy: I understand that Rachel’s services are not guaranteed if proper aftercare instructions, shampoo and product routine recommendations are not followed. If I would like something regarding my service that was spoken about in the consultation tweaked after leaving my scheduled appointment, Rachel will be pleased to accommodate me free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment. I understand no refunds are allowed under any circumstance. Salon Etiquette: I understand that discriminatory/derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. If Rachel Turley feels as if my remarks are entitled to immediately being asked to leave, she reserves the right to do so.
