1. Registration
Upon answering, make sure that you are a 100% sure.
2. Payments & Refunds
Payments are non-refundable unless it is canceled by the organizer.
If the production is postponed, your order will still be valid unless cancelled.
There will be an additional packaging fee to ensure that your items will arrive safely.
3. Liability
Woozi PH is not responsible for any lost or broken items during shipment. However, we will securely ship packages. Before you open your deliveries please take a video for proof to be sent to the courier involved for potential refunds.
4. Privacy act
Your personal data will only be used to contact you regarding updates on the production and shipment of your kits. After your kit has been shipped and received, we will delete your details ASAP.
