I hereby confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the South Carolina Career Development Professionals (SCCDP) for the Holiday Market.
By submitting this application and payment, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Each booth includes a standard 6-foot table with one chair.
- No power or electricity will be provided, and tent tops are not permitted.
- Booths must remain open and staffed during Conference days and hours.
- Vendors must comply with all event and facility rules, including no candles, incense, open flames, amplified music, sound systems, continuous noise displays, or adhesive-backed items that may damage facility surfaces.
- No exotic animals are allowed—only ADA-certified service animals are permitted inside.
- Booths may not exceed six feet in height, and all activity must remain within the assigned booth space.
- Vendors must offer products or services appropriate for a professional and family-friendly environment, and the event reserves the right to decline applications at its discretion.
- No outside food or drink may be sold at the event.
Payment of booth fees is due within five (5) business days of application acceptance, and all fees are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, equipment, and applicable sales tax, and must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. All participation is at the vendor’s own risk. SCCDP, the Embassy Suites Kingston Convention Center, South Carolina Association of Career and Techincal Educaiton assume no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, injury, or business interruption of any kind. Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify SCCDP, the Embassy Suites Kingston Convention Center, South Carolina Association of Career and Techincal Educaiton from any claims arising from participation in the event.
Vendors consent to the use of their business name, logo, or booth images for event marketing and promotion. The event is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond its control.
Submission of payment and participation in the event constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
