WKG Level Advancement Request

WKG LEVEL ADVANCEMENT REQUEST
For level two students must have 30 units of certified instruction, 1 year of practice, and be proficient in the following ki gong exercises:
- Sun (Seated Meditation), 30 minutes
- Cham Jang Gong (Standing Meditation), 30 minutes
- Ki Cho Ki Gong (Basic Ki Gong)
- Bahl Du Pahl Shik (Shaking Ki Gong)
- Pahl Be Woon Dong (Arm Swinging)
- Jun Sah Gong (Silk Reeling - The Dish Circulation Exercise)
- Bo Kun Jang Soo Gong (Rejuvenation Exercises - The Basic Set)
For each additional level, you must be proficient in at least 3 additional sets, have an additional 30 hours of certified instruction, and have another year of practice.

1 unit of certified instruction = 4 hours of instruction with a Level IV or lower instructor or 1 hour of instruction with a level V or higher instructor.

NOTE: A new uniform T-Shirt is included only when you apply to a new color level. (Level III, Level IV, Level VII). If you would like to purchase additional uniform T-shirts, please do so through your WKG Instructor/Mentor.
