This application is for students seeking advancement within World Ki Gong. The questions in this form will ask you to indicate which Ki Gong sets you practice and whether you are at a competence or teaching level for each set, as confirmed by your Instructor or Mentor.

— Competence and Teaching Level Definitions —
Competence Level
You are able to perform the set safely, accurately, and consistently, with a clear understanding of its purpose, key principles, and correct execution.
Teaching Level
In addition to personal proficiency, you are able to clearly explain, demonstrate, and guide others through the set, including corrections, variations, and safety considerations, under the guidance of your Instructor or Mentor.
— Level II Requirements —
To apply for Level II, students must meet all of the following criteria:
- A minimum of 30 units of certified instruction
- At least one (1) year of consistent practice
- Proficiency, as confirmed by your Instructor or Mentor, in the following Ki Gong exercises:
- Sun (Seated Meditation) – 30 minutes
- Cham Jang Gong (Standing Meditation) – 30 minutes
- Ki Cho Ki Gong (Basic Ki Gong)
- Bahl Du Pahl Shik (Shaking Ki Gong)
- Pahl Be Woon Dong (Arm Swinging)
- Jun Sah Gong (Silk Reeling – Dish Circulation Exercise)
- Bo Kun Jang Soo Gong (Rejuvenation Exercises – Basic Set)
— Requirements for Additional Levels —
For each level beyond Level II, students must:
- Be proficient in at least three (3) additional Ki Gong sets
- Complete an additional 30 units of certified instruction
- Accumulate one (1) additional year of practice
Proficiency is evaluated and confirmed by your Instructor or Mentor.
— Certified Instruction Units —
- 1 unit = 4 hours of instruction with a Level IV or lower Instructor or Mentor
- 1 unit = 1 hour of instruction with a Level V or higher Instructor or Mentor
— Uniform Policy —
A new official WKG uniform T-shirt is included only when advancing to a new color level (Level III, Level IV, Level VII).
At this time, uniform T-shirts can be provided to students within the United States only, due to shipping and distribution limitations. We appreciate the understanding of our international members.
Additional uniform T-shirts are optional and may be purchased through your WKG Instructor or Mentor when available.
