Payment Installment Plan (Not Required - Pay as often as you need but please be sure to have the minimum amount due by the dates set in the payment plan - (Example: $300 deposit plus the first installment of $185 = $485 due by April 30, 2025 )

Total Conference Fees are your $300 initial deposit Plus your hotel fees. Hotel fees are based on the room occupancy size you select. Details for Room Occupancy fees are detailed in your registration form and outlined in the payment forms below. The installment plan starts After your initial payment of $300 is paid. Four (4) payments of $185 is due by the last day of the following months: April 2025, August 2025, January 2026 and final payment must be submitted by April 2026. Please note: the final installment payment will vary depending on selected room occupancy. Early registration ends on May 31, 2025. Initial deposits received after May 31, 2025 will incur an additional fee of $50
