We hereby enroll {childsFirst} {childsLast} in the class indicated below at the Westchester Reform Temple Early Childhood Center (the “ECC) for the entire school year commencing in September 2021 and ending in June 2022. We agree to pay tuition for the year as determined by Westchester Reform Temple’s Board on or before the payment dates included in this agreement.

Schedule of payments:

1. $1,200 enrollment deposit, payment to be submitted with this signed agreement. (For Temple Tots and Toddler Time - tuition payment is required in full)

2. Half of remaining balance on or before April 1, 2021

3. Remaining balance on or before July 1, 2021

We agree that the $1,200 deposit (#1 above) is non-refundable and will be applied towards our tuition obligation. We understand that the deposit and any subsequent tuition payments will not be refunded because of our child’s withdrawal, absence, or failure to continue for any reason. If WRT must change the program offerings due to COVID or other reasons, then parents will be entitled to a refund of their tuition and deposit.

If, after due consideration and consultation, it is the opinion of the ECC that our child is not benefiting from the Westchester Reform Temple Early Childhood Center experience, it is the ECC’s option to request that our child be withdrawn. In the event that the ECC requests our child’s withdrawal under these circumstances, tuition will be pro-rated from the date of such withdrawal.

We agree to abide by and accept rules which the ECC may adopt from time to time regarding the operation of the ECC, including the care and conduct of the children enrolled in the ECC.

We understand that tuition balance will be due in two installments, on April 1, 2021 and July 1, 2021. If payments are not received on time, the ECC reserves the right to release my child’s reserved space to another child.

We understand that my child’s enrollment is not conditional on class placement, student groupings, nor teacher assignments, which are all solely determined by the ECC.

From time to time, WRT and the ECC seek to publish images of the ECC classes, activities and events. No child is ever identified by name without specific permission from a parent. Accordingly, please complete the following three questions.

Membership in Westchester Reform Temple

Westchester Reform Temple is delighted to enroll ECC families as members of WRT. Our clergy, staff and leadership hope you will feel embraced by this community and, in turn, embrace all the opportunities WRT creates to live and learn, celebrate and grow Jewishly. If your oldest child is enrolled in the Early Childhood Center, membership is already included in your child’s tuition.

Payment

A $1,200 non-refundable deposit is required. (For Temple Tots and Toddler Time - tuition payment is required in full)

The balance of tuition is due in equal payments on April 1, 2021 and July 1, 2021. If payments are not received on time, WRT reserves the right to release your reserved space to another child.

WRT offers payment by check through ACH Electronic Checking at no additional fee, and we also accept credit card payments. WRT does add a 3% convenience charge to all credit card payments. Your online payment is not a complete registration until you have submitted the registration form and enrollment agreement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN PAYING BY ACH:

We will not be notified immediately about insufficient funds or wrong account/routing info. There is a $30 charge for "bounced" back transactions.

If the ACH window says it expired, please clear your cache. This is a level of security that helps protect the transaction from staying open.
