• 2026-27 March-a-thon Donation Form

  • Thank you for supporting the Westwood High School Band program. The Westwood Area Band Boosters (WABB) organization volunteers and raises funds to support the band programs at Westwood High School and its feeder middle schools, Canyon Vista and Grisham. Funds go toward travel expenses, music licensing, instrument purchases and repairs, private lessons, clinicians, props, marching show design and drill, and more.

    March-a-thon is our fall donation drive fundraiser, which kicks off during marching season and funds our band programs throughout the school year.

    The Westwood Area Band Boosters (WABB) is a volunteer-run, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax-deductible and support our fantastic band students. Our legal/financial name for company matching donations and money transfers is WESTWOOD HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS.

    • How would you like to make your donation? You can use this form for either a direct donation or to submit a company match/volunteer grant. If you need to do both, just fill out the form twice—once for each.  

      For the Direct Donation option, choose either Credit Card or Zelle.

      For the Company Match option, there are two ways to donate:

      1. Make the donation through your company's platform and use this form to upload proof of your donation and the approved total amount.
      2. Use the Direct Donation option on this form and submit the receipt to your company for matching. Once your company confirms the match, come back and fill out the Company Match portion with just the match contribution amount and upload a screenshot or file with confirmation.

      Matching Gift programs can double or triple your financial donation to Westwood Area Band Boosters, and Volunteer Grant programs may provide a monetary donation based on the hours you volunteer. This means your generosity goes even further without costing you more! Hundreds of Central Texas and national employers offer Matching Gift and/or Volunteer Grant Programs. Your company could be one of them. See this link or contact your Human Resources department for further information.


      Participating in your company's Matching Gift or Volunteer Grant program is easy:

      1. Contact your company's HR department or Community Relations Department for eligibility requirements and to obtain appropriate forms. Many companies administer donations and/or matching gift requests through an online giving portal (Benevity, YourCause, etc.)

      2. Fill out the employee portion of the form: Select WESTWOOD HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS for your donation. In the comment or memo field, please enter the following: Westwood_{student} so we can credit your donation to the correct student. Finally, submit the donation for company approval.

      3. Once company approval has been received, complete the donation information below. Click the button under “Donation Confirmation” to upload a copy of the confirmation of your donation or matching gift request. This could be a screenshot from the portal website or a .pdf of a confirmation email.

    • BEFORE donating via Zelle, please confirm that WESTWOOD HIGH SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS is an approved recipient from your bank. The donor and their bank must resolve any issues with Zelle; WABB cannot resolve donor-side issues.

      Please complete your pledged {directAmount} donation via Zelle direct money transfer using the QR code or the email address fundraising@westwoodband.org.

      To ensure your donation is attributed correctly, enter Westwood_{student}_{donor} in the Zelle memo line. Your pledge of {directAmount} for {student} will be recorded after you click submit, but the donation won't be complete until you get a confirmation from your bank or Zelle.

      We recommend using Zelle as 100% of the donation goes to the students without fees. If you have issues with Zelle, you can make a credit card donation instead, but please consider covering the transaction fee so the full amount still goes to our students.
