2026 Westwood Area Band Boosters Mulch Fundraiser

Our mulch sale helps support the Westwood High School, Canyon Vista Middle School, and Grisham Middle School bands. Your purchase enables important programs like music instruction, private lesson scholarships, new instruments, repairs, college scholarships, band camp scholarships, competition fees, color guard training, and much more. Black Label: This 2.0 cu. ft. Black Label Hardwood Mulch is an all-natural blend of hardwood and cedar mulches. To help add a decorative touch, the mulch is dyed black with a biodegradable, non-toxic and carbon-based dye approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The mulch is also Mulch and Soil Council Certified to help ensure high quality.

Texas Hardwood: This 2.0 cu. ft. Texas Native Hardwood Mulch is an all-natural, organic hardwood mulch aged 9-15 months to obtain long-lasting dark color that aids and improves soil conditions by adding nutrients to the soil as it decomposes. The mulch is also Mulch and Soil Council Certified to help ensure high quality.
Delivery or Pickup?

Members of the Westwood Band will deliver mulch on Friday, March 27th, and Saturday, March 28th, to delivery addresses within the listed zip codes. If you live outside the delivery zip codes, please select the pick-up option for you or a friend to pickup mulch at Westwood High School on 3/28/2026 between 10 AM and 2 PM.

Pick-up Information

Pickup at Westwood High School 12400 Mellow Meadow, Austin, Texas, 78750.
Mulch can be picked up from the Westwood High School Parking lot on Saturday, 3/28/2026, from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Upon arrival, please follow the signs for the mulch pickup drive-thru line. At pickup, Westwood band students will load your mulch into your vehicle in our convenient, friendly drive-thru lane.

Westwood Area Band Boosters (WABB) is required to pay merchant fees for each credit/debit card payment. While these payments are very convenient, the fee does cut into our donations/sales. If you are willing to donate a little more, that would really help. Our current fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
