This form is for Adult Spring teams out of any

Central League facility.

If you are requesting a team number for Prestonwood, MacGregor Downs, Lochmere, Kildaire Farms, Club at Sunset, Bentwinds or Carolina Preserve, be sure to have your facility approval before requesting your team number.

You will receive your team number via email within 48 hours. Expect a delay over holidays and weekends!

Team registration will open on January 2nd and close Jan 17th.
