If you are requesting a team number for Prestonwood, MacGregor Downs, Lochmere, Kildaire Farms, Carolina Preserve, Bentwinds or Club at Sunset, be sure to have your facility approval before requesting your team number. If you don't get approval, your team may be removed from the league.

Reminder:  Starting 2024 USTA Mixed is straight NTRP levels.
