Liability Waiver / 賠償責任免責事項

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify, NRT Rent-a-Car and its affiliation, its members, employees, agents and representatives, and all other affected parties from all liability, loss, claims, demands and possible causes of action that accrue from any injuries to my person (including death) or damage to my property in any way related to any motor sport event, and whether arising while I am engaged in any on track activity or while entering or departing from the track facilities, from any case whatsoever, including, without limitation, the failure of anyone to enforce rules and regulations, failure to make inspections, or the negligence of other persons as well as NRT Rent-a-Car and its affiliation.
I understand this release and indemnity cover not only NRT Rent-a-Car but also any promoter, other participants, track operators, track owners and officials, vehicle owners, drivers, pit crews, sponsors, advertisers, volunteers, and any officers or employees of any of the foregoing.
I understand this release and indemnity covers the track, its facilities, other areas where any activity related to the motor sport events may take place, and vehicles and equipment of other participants.

私は本イベントへの参加にあたり、自身や自車が関連して起きた事故（死亡事故含む）、負傷、その他起き得るトラブルや、参加者及びその車両等から受けた損害について、決して主催者及び運営委員会、イベント従事者(コース所有者を含む)ならびに他の参加者等に向けて非難、責任の追求、損害賠償請求をしない事を誓約いたします。
事故の原因が主催者及びイベント従事者の手違いなどに起きた場合であっても同様です。
また、私の過失でコース所有者、運営委員会の所有する施設機材・車両等に損害を与えたり、紛失した際は、その損害について掛かり得る費用を全額弁償いたします。
