  • Education Resource Vendor Application

    Please complete the following if you are applying as an Education Resource Vendor.
  • Please read and adhere to the rules and regulations relevant to the Education Resource Vendor application before proceeding.

    Application Deadline:
    All Education Resource Vendor applications must be submitted no later than April 25, 2026.

    1. Purpose of Participation
    This event is a Resource Fair intended to connect the community with educational programs, nonprofit organizations, and service providers.

    Resource booths are for informational and community outreach purposes only.


    2. No Sales Policy
    • No selling of products or services is permitted at resource tables.
    • No on-site transactions, payments, or product exchanges are allowed.

    Organizations found conducting sales may be asked to discontinue activity or leave the event.


    3. Table Assignment & Setup
    • Resource tables will be assigned and labeled by Molokai Homestead Farmers Alliance.
    • Do not switch, move, or alter table labels unless specifically authorized.
    • Organizations must remain within their designated table space.

    Setup Options:
    • Setup may be completed the night before the event.
    • Please contact Sherry Sasada if you would like access the evening prior for setup coordination.
    • If setting up the morning of the event, please arrive early.

    The event begins at 9:00 AM.
    All resource representatives should be at their station and fully ready by 8:00 AM.

    Tables and placement are pre-arranged to maintain event flow and organization.


    4. Materials & Displays
    • Educational materials, brochures, flyers, and informational handouts are permitted.
    • Displays must fit within the assigned table area.
    • Large banners or freestanding displays must be approved in advance.
    • Sound amplification or disruptive demonstrations are not permitted.


    5. Professional Conduct
    • Representatives must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
    • All materials must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community event.


    6. Attendance & Participation
    • Organizations are expected to remain for the duration of the event.
    • Representatives must be present at their table during event hours.


    7. Liability
    Organizations are responsible for their own materials and property.

    Molokai Homestead Farmers Alliance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Food Vendor Application

    Please complete the following if you are applying as a Food Vendor.
  • Please read and adhere to the rules and regulations relevant to the Food Vendor application before proceeding.

     

    1. Application Requirement
    • All food vendors must submit a Completed Application, Booth Fee, DOH Permit, and Food Handler Certification.
    • Vendor spaces are assigned only after all required documents and payment are received.
    • No application = no space.
    • No walk-ins or unapproved vendors will be permitted to set up.


    2. Booth Fee & Payment
    • Food vendor booth fee is $125 per 10x10 space, fee is due by April 25th, 2026
    • Payment must be made in full to secure your spot.
    • No pay = no stay.
    • Spaces are first approved, first paid, first assigned.
    • Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.
    • By submitting payment, the vendor agrees to all Food Vendor Rules & Regulations.


    3. Required Certifications & Permits
    All food vendors are required to have:
    • A valid Food Handler Certification
    • A valid Special Event Food Permit

    • Vendors must comply with all state and local health department regulations.
    • Proof of certification and permit is required to be able to sell at this event.
    • Failure to provide required documentation may result in removal from the event without refund.


    4. Setup, Space & Safety
    • Vendors must provide their own extra tent, tables, equipment, extension cords, and supplies.
    • Tents must be properly weighted for safety.
    • All cooking equipment must be safely operated and supervised at all times.
    • Vendors using open flame or cooking equipment must have a fire extinguisher on-site.

    Setup Time: 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM (set up can also be the evening before contact Kyle Sakurada)
    Breakdown Time: 2:30 PM

    Vendors must be fully set up by 8:45 AM as our event starts at 9am.

    Each vendor is allowed one (1) vehicle parked by their designated tent space.

    Booth space is limited to a 10x10 area per paid space.

    If vendors wish to extend their space, they may add an additional 10x10 area behind their tent only at an additional cost.

    Vendors may not expand side-by-side unless an additional booth space is purchased.


    5. Cleanliness & Waste
    Food vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth area at all times.

    All trash, grease, and food waste must be properly contained and removed from the premises.

    Vendors must leave their area clean upon departure.


    6. Liability
    Food vendors are responsible for their own equipment, food handling practices, and liability.

    Molokai Homestead Farmers Alliance is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged property, or food-related incidents.

  • Please read and adhere to the rules and regulations relevant to the Education Resource Vendor application before proceeding.

    1. Application Requirement
    • All vendors must submit a completed application and booth fee to be considered.
    • Vendor spaces are assigned only after application and payment are received.
    • No application = no space.
    • No walk-ins or unapproved vendors will be permitted to set up.

    2. Vendor Location
    This event is a Resource Fair.
     • Indoor spaces are reserved exclusively for community resources and service providers.
    • All craft/merchandise and food vendors will be located outdoors.
     
    3. Booth Fee & Payment

    Booth fee is $50 per space, fee is due by April 25th, 2026. 
    • Payment must be made in full to secure your spot.                                                                   • Do not switch, move, or alter table labels unless specifically authorized.
    • Spaces are first approved, first paid, first assigned.
    • Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.
    By submitting payment, the vendor agrees to all Vendor Rules & Regulations.

    4. Setup & Breakdown

    • Shaded area will be provided for our craft vendors.
    • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and equipment.
    • 3 Tables MAX per crafter.
    • Setup time: 8am
    • Breakdown time: 2:30pm
    • Vendors are asked to be on time as the event starts at 9am.
    Vendors are responsible for leaving their area clean and free of trash.

    5. Products & Conduct
    • No inappropriate or offensive materials.
    • Molokai Homestead Farmers Alliance reserves the right to remove vendors not complying with rules.

    6. Liability
    • Vendors are responsible for their own property, equipment, and merchandise.
    • Molokai Homestead Farmers Alliance are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
