Please review this document in its entirety. This document must be initialed, signed, and submitted to complete your registration. Your dancer will not appear on the class lists until it is submitted to the office.

Eligible Discounts

Sibling discount on tuition – Each additional child is 20% off.

Costumes

Recreational Costume Costs - Average $100-$125/class/costume ($75/costume deposit DUE September 15, 2026. Balance due upon Studio purchase of costume, payment due within 15 calendar days of being added to your account.) *Costume deposits are non-refundable*

Late Fees

A $20 late fee will be applied to any accounts with outstanding tuition fees on the 2nd of the month.

An additional $20 late fee will be applied on the 15th of the month if tuition fees still have not been paid.

Late payment on Costume fees will be subject to a 10% late fee on outstanding amounts.

If an account remains unpaid for 30 days, your dancer will no longer be able to participate in class until arrangements are made to clear your account.

Policies:

All accounts require a Credit Card on file – even if you have chosen a different method of payment for tuition. THIS APPLIES TO ALL FAMILIES, INCLUDING THOSE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT A CARD ON FILE IN THE PAST.
Fees are based upon a yearly rate and for your convenience are divided into ten equal monthly payments. Your Monthly tuition is the same in September, as it is in December and March. Your yearly tuition is based on class time, rehearsals, community events, extra lessons etc. Regardless of the number of weeks in a month, the tuition remains the same over the 10 month period out of convenience. Classes not in session due to holidays, competition closures, etc. are already accounted for and will not be credited.
Classes cancelled due to extreme weather, power outages and circumstances beyond our control will be forfeited. Classes cancelled by the studio will make every effort to be rescheduled, but are not guaranteed. Competitive classes may be rescheduled throughout the season as an extra rehearsal before a performance. If the studio is forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control (ex: Global Pandemic, Act of God) no fees of any kind will be refunded.
To withdraw a student from a class requires one month written notice (email is preferred) of this intent before the 1st day of the last month attending. Refunds will not be given for the remainder of the month regardless of the student’s attendance. No withdrawals after March 1st, unless there is a Doctors note providing proof that the student is not fit to continue dancing.
Our Studio is a Licensed childcare facility. It is important to note that during Daycare hours, only qualified licensed employees and students enrolled in our program are allowed inside the building.
Xtreme Talent Dance Company reserves the right to use photos and videos of all registered dancers for publication, social media, and advertising. *If this is an issue due to custody issues etc. please contact the office directly.
WhatsApp is used for company communication purposes. Competitive families should plan to create an account if you don’t already have one.

I understand that costumes will vary in price and that I am committing to pay the price of the costume in full. I also understand that the costume will not be released until my account balance has been paid. Initials required.

I understand the fees as laid out above, and the penalties for late/missed payments. Initials required.

I understand that the competition fees listed above are only estimates based on the previous year, and commit to pay the actual amount once determined. Initials required.

I give media rights permissions. Initials required.

I recognize and understand the risks of physical injury inherent to dance and dance training and I fully assume those risks. I hereby release Xtreme Talent Dance Company, event sponsors, employees and dance teachers from all liability for injuries sustained or illnesses contracted while attending or participating in any dance classes, rehearsals, workshops, or performances. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xtreme Talent Dance Company, employees and dance teachers for liabilities, costs and judgments arising from acts of omissions committed by me or my child which result in injury or damage to any person or property.
