Our standard rate starts at $95 for the first day (approx. 24 hours). Weekend rentals are $115 (Graduation Weekend Rentals are $150) and setup Friday night; picked up on Sunday night. Additional days can be added as well.

I understand that the signs may not be moved (INCLUDING THE MARKETING SIGN) or touched,nothing can be attached to them, and that the lawnshould be mowed. I CANNOT MOW, TRIM OR WATER THE LAWN, while the signs are in theyard. I will be responsible for any cleaning fees($50 and up) and any damage to the signs thatresult if these guidelines are not followed.
I understand that the area of sign placementmust be properly prepared by wateringaccording to the instructions sent to me. If thissign is to be placed in someone else's yard theymust follow the watering instructions. There are NO REFUNDS if the ground is not prepared.
