We ask that your lawn be prepped properly before install. This will require you to mow, if needed (please do not mow after the sign is installed) and to check the softness of your lawn. Please water enough, prior to install, so that our stakes go into the ground 4-6 inches with ease. If the lawn is NOT properly watered, this could result in the sign not being installed and a refund will not be given.
