I agree not to move, touch, or attach anything to the signs (including the marketing sign). The lawn must be mowed before installation, and I will not mow, trim, or water while the signs are in place. I am responsible for any damage or cleaning fees. ($50+).

If neighborhood is gated, I have provided correct gate code above. Faulty gates and/or codes may prevent us from installing on time. A return trip fee of $25 may apply if gate does not work).
Watering*

I understand that the sign placement area must be properly watered as instructed. If placed in someone else’s yard, they must also follow the watering guidelines. No refunds will be given if the ground is not prepared.
Other hindrances*

I understand that the area of sign placement is preferred to be grass, and free of rocks, bushes, trees, (tree canopy’s must be no lower than 7 1/2 feet from the ground), artificial turf and other xeriscaping. If stands are needed, or the sign is for indoors please contact us. (Additional fee applies)
