YFC Terms and Conditions: By accepting an offer from YFC, you agree to these conditions: 1. Players must commit to the team for the whole year, prioritising participation in any tournaments. 2. Players must wear suitable and appropriate clothing and footwear. Players must always have a bottle of water available that can be refilled as needed. 3. A parent/guardian must be present during training and matches. 4. In case of emergency, I/we authorise YFC to seek medical treatment or call an ambulance and agree to cover the costs. 5. I/we give permission for YFC to use photographs and videos of players on social media. 6. YFC may remove players from training or matches for violating the Player Code of Conduct. 7. YFC may remove players for parents violating the Parent Code of Conduct. 8. I/we agree to reimburse YFC for any equipment damage caused by negligence. 9. I understand that I must disclose any pre-existing medical or other condition that may affect the risk that either my child or any other person will suffer injury, loss or damage and waiver any claim they might have on. 10. I understand that participation is of a physical nature. I declare as a condition of participation, that my child has sufficient personal fitness to be able to safely participate and that I am not aware of any illness, injury, disability or condition which may preclude my child from participating and/or cause my child injury or loss while participating in YFC training and matches. 11. I/we agree to abide by all Club Policies, including the Players & Parents Code of Conduct. 12. Refunds are at the discretion of the YFC management decision and only granted in exceptional circumstances with evidence. 13. I agree to make full payment before the due date.
