This year's camp features coaching from the Lloydminster Evolve Club, Coach Jared Derkatz from The Basketball Experience in Saskatoon, and former Saskatchewan Rattler, Julian Roche. This all-star coaching cast is excited to offer 3 days packed with basketball instruction to help players elevate their individual fundamental and decision making skills. Evolve basketball would like to capture photo/video contact for promotional use. By signing this, you acknowledge that you are granting permission for your child's photo/video to be taken during the camp, or if you would like us to omit your child from photos/videos/promotions it is your responsibility to notify us prior to the camp.
By signing this, you acknowledge that there are risks associated with participating in any sport. Evolve basketball and its affiliated coaches are not responsible for personal injury or loss that occurs as the result of participation in basketball camp activities.
Payment
Please etransfer yllevolvebasketball@gmail.com with the participant's name in the description. Payment is required for registration to be considered complete. Total cost for the camp is $150. We require a $75 nonrefundable deposit at the time of registration. If required, remaining balance can be paid upon entry to the camp.
