Grey~ Membership Application

Grey~ is a private membership society for individuals who value refinement, craftsmanship, and meaningful connection. Built around the ideals of modern gentlemanly culture, Grey~ brings together members through curated experiences, bespoke services, and a shared commitment to excellence.

As a member, you gain access to a unique ecosystem that includes a private network, concierge services, curated events, and bespoke tailoring, all designed to support an elevated lifestyle. Grey~ also operates with purpose, supporting community initiatives through its nonprofit efforts.

Membership is selective and intended for those who appreciate discretion, ambition, and the quiet pursuit of excellence.

To preserve the integrity and experience of the Grey~ community, all members are expected to uphold the following principles:

Confidentiality
Grey~ values discretion. Conversations, relationships, and experiences within the Grey~ community are to remain private unless expressly shared by the individuals involved.

Respect & Conduct
Members are expected to engage with one another in a respectful, professional, and considerate manner at all times.

Participation
Grey~ is built on active engagement. Members are encouraged to participate in events, discussions, and initiatives that strengthen the community and its shared values.

Community Impact
Members support the Grey~ mission of giving back through charitable initiatives, mentorship, and community outreach efforts when possible.

Dress & Presentation
Grey~ maintains a culture of refined presentation. Members should dress appropriately for events and gatherings, favoring tailored, polished, and elevated attire consistent with the Grey~ ethos.

Representation of Grey~
Members represent the Grey~ community both within and beyond its events. Conduct should reflect integrity, professionalism, and respect for the values of the organization.

Grey~ reserves the right to review membership status should these guidelines not be upheld.

Membership Benefits & Dues

Upon acceptance by the Grey~ Board and completion of the membership initiation, members receive immediate access to the Grey~ network and its associated privileges.

Member Network Access
Members gain immediate entry into the private Grey~ member network, connecting them with a community of accomplished individuals who value refinement, discretion, and meaningful relationships.

Grey~ App & Concierge Access
Members receive access to the Grey~ app, which provides direct connection to Grey~ concierge services for assistance with lifestyle recommendations, private reservations, and curated opportunities.

Events & Experiences
Members receive concierge assistance and priority access to exclusive events, including Grey~ private gatherings, cultural experiences, and select fine dining opportunities. Through Grey~ partnerships and networks, members may also request assistance with reservations and access within select private hospitality and social networks with appropriate notice.

Bespoke Tailoring Experience
Upon joining, members receive an initial bespoke tailoring experience, including their first custom Grey~ suit and shirt, provided as part of the membership welcome package.

Grey~ Merchandise
Members receive complimentary Grey~ merchandise and access to limited Grey~ releases and private offers available exclusively to members.

Reciprocal Club Access
Members may receive access to select reciprocal private membership clubs and networks, as well as preferred offers and private-level pricing through Grey~ partnerships.

The initial Grey~ membership welcome package is valued at over $5,000.

Membership & Philanthropic Mission
Grey~ membership is administered through Live Grey Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved men through initiatives focused on men’s mental health, mentorship, and pathways to workforce entry or re-entry through the Grey~ network of professionals and leaders.

Membership Contribution
The membership fee is $333 per month, with a $2,000 initiation fee, payable once the membership application has been approved by the Grey~ Board.

Membership contributions are made to Live Grey Inc. and are treated as charitable donations in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Each dollar contributed through membership will be credited to the member’s account for the calendar year, and may be applied toward Grey~ bespoke tailoring, event tickets, and exclusive Grey~ merchandise.

Membership privileges remain active while contributions are current and membership remains in good standing.
