We are always seeking to enrich cOMmUNITY.

If you are an artisan, creative, healer, artist, food vendor, and conscious community organization, join us!

Our mission is to celebrate the diversity and creativity of South Florida while maintaining accessibility to the entire community, and we offer free vendor spaces at many of our monthly events.

After submitting your form, it will go onto our vendor list. You might not hear back right away, but can reach out to us.

Before each event is promoted, we reach out to a variety of vendors via text message and/ or email.

We expect a response within 48-hour response, before moving to the next set of vendors.

Please make sure you are 100% certain you are participating before saying yes.

Vendor Space Specifics: BYO *unless mentioned in the event invites.
- Space is usually 10x10
- You as a vendor, are responsible for ALL supplies. table, chair, lighting, and a portable power source
- Cart or hand truck to transport your items.
- You are responsible for securing all banners, flyers, and items in the event of any wind gusts for outdoor events. No tying items to trees.
- No stalks are allowed in the turf grass.
- Event participation: some events may allow vendors to also enjoy.
Tents:
- If a tent is required, your tent must be PLAIN WHITE, DURABLE, HIGH QUALITY ONLY.
- All 4 poles of the tent must have weights. 25 pounds per leg. 100 minimum weight
Electric/Wifi:
- Some locations will have limited, or no electricity and no Wifi. BYO
Acceptance Terms:

Selected vendors will receive an acceptance text or email. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:

Weather Policy:

We watch weather for outdoor events. For large tropical storms, we announce cancellations 24 hours before event. For smaller rain forcasts, weather can change over night. Any uncertain conditions like small passing rain cells at "OUR" location will be posted on our Twitter alerts profile ( @FortYoga ) - which can be viewed even if you do not have a Twitter account here ( https://twitter.com/FortYoga ). Rarely we have event delays & cancellations due to smaller rain cells, but if we do, they can be posted up to 60 minutes before event set up begins. We are not responsible for conditions outside the event area that may prevent you from particapation at event.
Photo Video Policy:

All vendors give my permission to likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, and in such. All vendors waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known or unknown, all vendors waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image. All images used at event, must have event tags/shares.
Promotional Exchange Policy:

Before our marketing materials are prepared, vendors will recieve mentions in discriptions & shout out, share, like - on our social media channels before event. We ask that you also honor this, and do the same to share us through your channels.

We reserve the right to remove any vendor or buyer we consider disruptive or operating in an unsafe manner.*
