    YCFL welcomes a diverse community of presenters who are interested in educating and uplifting our community at future events. 

    We greatly appreciate and value educators with extensive educational backgrounds, creative and unique teaching methods, and engaging, interactive offerings.

    We would like to know more about who you are, your experience, and what your interested in offering. 

    Through our review process we look for experienced presenters who will integrate seamlessly into the programming through out the year. 

    You are submitting your information to be considered.

    This does not guarantee exceptance as a speaker, or for employment.  

    Additionally, it is essential that presenters who are excepted for a event - are willing and able to collaborate in marketing efforts  — whether through social media outlets, websites, blogs, or email.

    Once application is submitted, you may only hear back if there is an opportunity available when we are planning event programming.

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected presenters will receive an acceptance text or email. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    In the event that a presenters needs to cancel within 5 days of event, there might be a charge for any paid advertising and/or makerting expenses. Outdoor events are subject to weather. We do not offer any compensation for cancelled events.

  • Weather Policy:

    We watch weather for outdoor events. For large tropical storms, we announce cancellations 24 hours before event. For smaller rain forcasts, weather can change over night. Any uncertain conditions like small passing rain cells at "OUR" location will be posted on our Twitter alerts profile ( @FortYoga ) - which can be viewed even if you do not have a Twitter account here ( https://twitter.com/FortYoga ). Rarely we have event delays & cancellations due to smaller rain cells, but if we do, they can be posted up to 60 minutes before event set up begins. We are not responsible for conditions outside the event area that may prevent you from particapation at event.

  • Photo Video Policy:

    All presenters give my permission to likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, and in such. All presenters waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known or unknown, all vendors waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image. All images used at event, must have event tags/shares.

  • Promotional Exchange Policy:

    Presenters will recieve mentions in discriptions & shout out, share, like - on our social media channels before event. We ask that you also honor this, and do the same to share us through your channels.

  • Payment Policy:

    Each event is unique. They range from unpaid - to percentage based payment.
