For changes to your child's regular attendance, please complete and submit this form for confirmation of availability.

To decrease sessions, please submit this form no less than one month before the date of change. Increases in sessions can generally be accommodated immediately, but it is appreciated, and advisable to give the nursery as much notice as possible to ensure availability.

Sessions will still be charged during half term and on inset days. These can be swapped to an alternative date.
