By submitting my order, you are agreeing to YVR Cake World online store policy.
1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that necessitate the cancellation of your order, the maximum liability of YVR Cake World will be limited to the refund of the payment received for the cancelled order.
2. We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time. For cancellation or change requests made less than 48 hours in advance, we will accommodate them on a case-by-case basis.
3. No returns or exchanges, all cake sales are final. We do not offer returns and exchanges, including cakes damaged during travel. Please read our cake care recommendations below.
Cake Care Recommendations
To minimize the risk of damage, we recommend placing the cakes on the floor of your vehicle. Placing them on the seats may cause the cakes to slide to one side of the box due to the slight incline.
Our cakes require refrigeration. Please ensure that pickups are scheduled so that the cakes will not be left unrefrigerated for extended periods of time (especially during summer months).
4. Our cake toppers are fragile, ensure proper care when taking them out of the plastic and placing them on the cake. Cake Toppers are not edible.
