Youth With a Mission (YWAM) San Jose exists to impact lives, transform communities and serve nations. We Mobilize, Equip & Send young people to know God and make Him known. We do this by championing & discipling generations to know God, becoming passionate followers of Jesus, walking in obedience and the power of the Holy Spirit, bringing His Kingdom into every sphere of society and the Gospel to the unreached.

At YWAM San Jose, we focus on training missionaries through discipleship programs, training courses, and secondary schools. Volunteers are essential to our daily operations, helping with meal preparation and cleaning in the kitchen, hospitality tasks, maintenance, landscaping, and various development projects. We also welcome volunteers in our small in-house coffee shop.

We only accept local or short term volunteers from 1 week up to 3 months. Should you wish to staff full time(longer than 3 months), it is required that you succefully complete the Discipleship Trianing School(DTS). For more information regarding DTS go to our website.

Short-Term Volunteer:
- Option 1 (1-3 weeks): the fee is $17 per-day (includes food and housing)
- Option 2 (monthly fee): $350 per month (includes food and housing)
