Policies
Please read through carefully. Exceptions will not be made if the following policies are breached. This is to ensure the safety of me and my clients and that our time will not be wasted.
YX Artistry operates out of a home-based studio. We only accept cash, paypal and e-transfers

There is 5% gst on ALL payments including cash, +3% fee for credit card payments. .

A deposit is required for lash services (21$ for lashes, 52.5$ for permanent makeup), sent to yxartistry@gmail.com via etransfer or paypal. Your appointment will not be complete without the deposit.

No-shows and cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hr (lashes) or 48 hrs (brows) will result in loss of your deposit. A 20$/50$ cancellation fee on top of your next appointment if deposit was not taken previously.

Arriving any later than 20 minutes will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment and be treated as a no-show.

If you no-show without notice, I will no longer service you as a client.

Lash fills need to be booked within the corresponding week. For example: 2 week fills must be booked WITHIN 14 days of previous apt. Anything past will fall under 3 weeks. This applies to all fills and will be enforced strictly.

Children and pets are not allowed on the premises (for your safety), and do not bring any unannounced guests to the appointment.

For lash appointments, you must show up with clean eyes and absolutely no mascara residue or lash glue residue. Failure to do so will result in poor retention.

Digital payments must be made prior or immediately after the appointment before leaving the premises.

I do not offer refunds on any services but I am more than willing to fix anything unsatisfactory. Lash clients: if you experience irregular shedding within the first few days, I must be notified immediately so I can schedule you in for a fix within the first 7 days.
