The Social Release Form (the "Form") is effective[Date] by[Party's Name]* (the "Party") who acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

1. The Party grants permission for Zarcone Cocoa to use their content (photos, videos, reels/shorts, and images) on the Company's social pages (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Company website) (the "platform").
2. The Party agrees to let the Company's social media team to alter, permitted that the content is not altered in an explicit manner, or violates the platform's community guidelines or cause malicious representation of the Party and their associates.
3. The Party consents any third party (including any agencies, clients or publication of other organization or institution) in whole or in part, for distributing ("sharing") of the content on their social media accounts, for the purpose of publicity and promotion of the Company.
4. In giving this consent, the Party releases the Company from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right the Party may have in connection with all third parties' use of the content on social media.
5. The Party certifies that they are 18 years of age or older. Any Party under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Party of legal age.
