An invoice will be sent once the form has been completed. Any inclusions within agreements will be considered, and a post-event invoice may be issued where applicable.

Kindly note that orders must be placed at least 20 business days before your event and will only be processed once the invoice has been paid in full.

Leap Event Technology uses third party couriers and cannot be held liable if a package does not arrive on time. While the standard services we use normally state 2-3 business days between Metro areas, due to significant distribution network delays being experienced in 2022, we recommend allowing a larger window for delivery services.

We recommend receiving your equipment at least 2-5 days before event date to ensure you have enough time to test and familiarise yourself with the equipment before the gates open! This is only a request and delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

Date you would expect to return equipment

Depending on the size of the shipment, Leap will enclose a pre-addressed prepaid AusPost satchel with your equipment , OR, we will contact you post-event to arrange return courier collection. Please note this requires someone at your end to be able to print and attach shipment labels to the return parcel. If this is not possible, the shipment will need to be returned via a Post Office (at your own cost). Please look to return any event equipment to us within 1-3 business day after your event, or as soon as possible, to avoid any extra charges.

How many 4G scanners would you like to hire?

Please consider ordering extra scanners or sourcing your own battery packs if you have long gate opening times. Leap will provide USB chords, and multi-port USB charging hubs where available.

How many WiFi hotspots would you like to hire?

All scanners have their own 4G sim card for internet connection. WiFi hotspots are recommended for events in remote areas as backup.

Do you require box office set up for your event? (tablet, mouse, thermal printer)

If yes, how many box office terminals are needed?

Each tablet is dispatched with a mouse, a thermal printer and a Stripe Payment Terminal (if applicable). Wifi should be available on-site for the Box Office to operate. Credit Cards can be processed manually through the Box Office interface, or Sellers can use their own EFTPOS devices.
