請假規則
為了提高學習成效,我們不建議缺席課堂。雖可保留credit但每學期不得超過三次需課前線上填表通知學校。緊急情況缺席(意外情況)需在缺課後一周內線上填表通知學校。緊急情況會由學校審查以確定其合理性。計劃休假: 連續缺課三堂或以上, 也需提前線上填表通知才能保留credit。
- 每學期請假不得超過三次不包括緊急情況和計劃旅行.
- 每學期的credits將在相應學期結束時計算, credits自發行日起兩個月內有效.
- 只能同課使用,不可轉讓,不可兌換現金.
- 請確保您的缺席日期是正確的,系統會交叉核對記錄後刪除錯誤日期的credit
Absence Policy
In order to maintain constant progress, absence is not encouraged. Online Absence request on school form before class is required to get credit, not to exceed three times per semester. Emergency absence request (unexpected situations) must be submitted within a week from absence for school to review if reasonable. An advance request is required for Planned vacation.
- Three absences the most for each semester (not including emergency and planned vacation)
- Credits are to issue at end of each semester, credits are good for two months from issuance.
- Credits are applicable to the same subject only, not transferrable, not redeemable for cash.
- Please be certain your absnece date is correct, system cross references records to remove credit for the wrong absence date.
