  •    Tech Production Manager | Full-Time

    The Technical Production Manager is tasked with the comprehensive management & oversight of all technical facets of church services, events, & related activities. This role is crucial in ensuring a high-quality worship experience for both in-person & online attendees through proficient handling of audio, video, lighting, stage setup, & live streaming. The role will coordinate effectively with volunteers & collaborate closely with the worship team, communications team, & other relevant stakeholders to plan & execute seamless technical productions that are in line with the church's mission & values.

    The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production and leads others well.

     Average work week:  36-40 hrs.

  •    Executive Assistant | Full-Time

     

    The Creative Director at New River Fellowship is essential for shaping the church’s creative vision. They are responsible for overseeing and managing all creative efforts, including production, communications, marketing, merchandise design, social media, website, and streaming services, to ensure that all content effectively communicates the Gospel and engages our community. This role requires a balance of people-oriented and task-oriented duties. The Creative Director always pursues creative excellence and innovation to support the church’s mission of pursuing God’s presence in every part of life.

    The ideal candidate has experience supporting executive-level pastors or directors in fast-paced environments.

    Do you enjoy working with children and helping them experience the presence of God? Are you dependable, responsible, and able to connect with kids of various ages? Does providing a fun and safe environment for children sound fun to you? Do you have a flexible schedule, able to work evenings, mornings, and weekends? If so, we'd love to see you apply!

    The Childcare Ministry offers quality childcare with fun activities and bible curriculum. The weekly schedule typically consists of Monday and Wednesday nights, Thursday mornings and some Sunday mornings. We also have occasional special events. This is a good position for someone who wants to make some extra income and/or wants experience working with children. Age 18+ to apply.

  • Childcare Coordinator| Part-Time

    The Childcare Coordinator oversees childcare for families of New River Fellowship during events outside of weekend worship services. The primary responsibility for this position is to continually create a fun and safe environment for children ages 1-12. This is achieved by effective management of all aspects of childcare ministry, including leading a team of childcare teachers.

    The weekly schedule is a mix of daytime administrative work and childcare events happening on 2-3 nights, Thursday mornings and some Sunday mornings. We also have recurring special events happening on a seasonal or monthly basis.

    Average 15-20 hours/week, making this is a good position for someone who wants to make a little extra income and/or wants experience working with children. Required to work ALL big events such as Encounter Nights and Leadership Community.
