    The NRGen Administrative Assistant supports the NRGen staff and ministries: Families, Students, Kids and Tots. Their primary responsibility is to assist "behind-the-scenes" to ensure NRGen is effective to lead, teach and come alongside the people who experience NRGen ministries.

  •    Tech Production Manager | Full-Time

    The Technical Production Manager is tasked with the comprehensive management & oversight of all technical facets of church services, events, & related activities. This role is crucial in ensuring a high-quality worship experience for both in-person & online attendees through proficient handling of audio, video, lighting, stage setup, & live streaming. The role will coordinate effectively with volunteers & collaborate closely with the worship team, communications team, & other relevant stakeholders to plan & execute seamless technical productions that are in line with the church's mission & values.

    The Video Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of video creation and streaming for the church. This role includes managing the production of high-quality video content, live streaming services and events on platforms such as YouTube and Facebook, maintaining video equipment, and coordinating with a team of staff and volunteers. The Video Production Manager works closely with the worship and communications teams, and other ministry leaders to ensure high-quality video production that aligns with the church's mission and values.

  •    Content Creator | Full-Time

     

    The Content Creator fills a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging content that supports the mission and vision of the church. The role supports and guides ministry departments while taking direction from the Creative Director. This person will work closely with a team of creatives, collaborating on group projects to ensure a cohesive and compelling content strategy that aligns with our branding guidelines.

    PLEASE NOTE: This position requires considerable graphics creation so the ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills and verified experience in content creation, while able to center their work in the overall communication strategies of the church.

  • Childcare Teacher | Part-Time

    Do you enjoy working with children and helping them experience the presence of God? Are you dependable, responsible, and able to connect with kids of various ages? Does providing a fun and safe environment for children sound fun to you? Do you have a flexible schedule, able to work evenings, mornings, and weekends? If so, we'd love to see you apply!

    The Childcare Ministry offers quality childcare with fun activities and bible curriculum. The weekly schedule typically consists of Monday and Wednesday nights, Thursday mornings and some Sunday mornings. We also have occasional special events.   • Childcare Coordinator| Part-Time

    The Childcare Coordinator oversees childcare for families of New River Fellowship during events outside of weekend worship services. The primary responsibility for this position is to continually create a fun and safe environment for children ages 1-12. This is achieved by effective management of all aspects of childcare ministry, including leading a team of childcare teachers.

    The weekly schedule is a mix of daytime administrative work and childcare events happening on 2-3 nights, Thursday mornings and some Sunday mornings. We also have recurring special events happening on a seasonal or monthly basis.

    Average 15-20 hours/week, making this is a good position for someone who wants to make a little extra income and/or wants experience working with children. Required to work ALL big events such as Encounter Nights and Leadership Community.

    The Worship Pastor is responsible for helping lead the church into "life-changing encounters in the presence of God" through musical worship. This role helps church attendees pursue the presence of God, live free and know they belong in the church community. In the worship context, this is accomplished through:

    Leading and planning worship for all services (Sunday, Students, Special Events)

    Developing the adult and student worship teams

    Pastoral care of the volunteer worship team

    Managing all logistical aspects of the worship team

    Planning various service and worship elements
