  • Facilities Support | Part-Time

     

    Facilities Support helps New River create welcoming and distraction-free environments for people to experience life-changing encounters in the presence of God.

    This role supports New River’s ministries by setting up/tearing down all events, keeping the church building/grounds clean and welcoming, opening/closing the building, and aiding the Facilities department as instructed. It is vital to ensure an hospitable environment for all who enter the church building.

    Average work week:  18-25 hrs.

  •    Tech Production Manager | Full-Time

     

    The Tech Production Manager leads the environments where ministry happens. This role is responsible for shaping and executing all technical aspects of worship services and events—audio, video, lighting, stage design, and live streaming—ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for both in-person and online audiences.

    This is not simply a technical role. It is a leadership role. The Tech Production Manager builds and develops volunteer teams, establishes scalable systems, and creates a culture where people can serve with confidence and excellence. They bring clarity to complexity, elevate standards, and ensure that every detail is intentional.

    Partnering closely with Worship, Creative, and ministry leaders, this person translates vision into execution—helping create environments that are engaging, distraction-free, and aligned with the church’s mission.

    The right candidate will bring both strong live-production instincts and a heart for developing people, with the ability to lead in fast-paced environments while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented presence.

    The ideal candidate has 3+ years in live production and leads others well.

     Average work week:  36-40 hrs.

  • Childcare Coordinator| Part-Time

    The Childcare Coordinator oversees childcare for families of New River Fellowship during events outside of weekend worship services. The primary responsibility for this position is to continually create a fun and safe environment for children ages 1-12. This is achieved by effective management of all aspects of childcare ministry, including leading a team of childcare teachers.

    The weekly schedule is a mix of daytime administrative work and childcare events happening on 2-3 nights, Thursday mornings and some Sunday mornings. We also have recurring special events happening on a seasonal or monthly basis.

    Average 15-20 hours/week, making this is a good position for someone who wants to make a little extra income and/or wants experience working with children. Required to work ALL big events such as Encounter Nights and Leadership Community.
