2. Once you have moved out lock your front door and dispose of the key. Call or text the office at (352)373-6330 to notify us you have completely vacated the apartment so we can change the front door lock.

I understand that I may be charged for any damages that may be found by the management company above and beyond what my statement of apartment condition form indicates. Management may now enter the apartment at any time for the purpose of determining and correcting such damages which may include but not be limited to cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning/replacement, removal of personal property, garbage removal, maintenance and repair/replacement, and flea treatment.
