2026 OPAA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
This completed and signed form is required to accompany the Digital Portfolio entry, and be received by 10pm Saturday, April 11th, 2026 to be eligible for scholarship consideration. Due to Covid, the required art portfolio has been changed to a Digital Portfolio only. However, if selected for a scholarship, original artwork must be available for display in the annual Members' Art Show in December 2026.
